The Bolton Lions Club helps to defray costs to send the ‘Nashoba in Nicaragua’ contest winner, Erin Sadler of Lancaster (2nd from right), to assist a medical team of doctors and medical students and learn more about the country and its people. She is a Nashoba Regional High School senior and will study at College of William & Mary this fall. The contest is run by Hudson resident, Dr. Brian Lisse, MD (right) and the 2-week trip, coordinated through Bridges to Community, a non-profit cultural exchange organization, is scheduled for mid-February. Lions Club members are Alice Roemer, treasurer and Jack Shapiro, project manager, presents a check.
